Why become a Member
A NAREDCO Membership would open doors to a world of opportunities ranging from direct interaction with policy makers, networking with corporate majors of Indian real estate industry to assisting in framing economic and industrial policies, through close linkages with the Government.

Rules & Eligibility
Eligibility for membership in NAREDCO will be open to all companies that are engaged in real estate or any of its allied activities. These include land development, planning and construction of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings/complexes, township development, real estate finance and marketing, architecture, manufacturing and supply of construction materials, finance, and insurance.
Different categories of Membership are given below:
Founder Members
Enterprises that make initial contribution of Rs. 7,50,000 for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 80,000
Patron Members
Enterprises that make initial contribution of Rs. 7,50,000 for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 80,000
Regular Members
Enterprises with a turnover below Rs. 50 crore shall contribute an initial amount of Rs. 1,00,000 towards the establishment of NAREDCO and pay an annual membership fee of Rs. 20,000, while those with a turnover between Rs. 50 crore and Rs. 100 crore shall contribute Rs. 2,00,000 initially and pay an annual fee of Rs. 40,000. Enterprises with a turnover exceeding Rs. 100 crore shall make an initial contribution of Rs. 3,00,000 and pay an annual membership fee of Rs. 60,000.
Associate Members
Enterprises which are operating in ancillary fields of estate development, such as production and supply of building materials, architecture, plumbing, electrician, air-conditioning, will be entitled to take Associate Membership, on payment of initial contribution of Rs. 1,00,000 for the establishment of NAREDCO and annual membership fee of Rs. 20,000.
State Members
Associations of enterprises at State level i.e., State-REDCOs and branches of NAREDCO in States operating in various facets of real estate development, as defined above, which make an initial contribution of Rs. 1,00,000 for development of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 50,000. For becoming member of state REDCO or NAREDCO State branch, co-coordinators of the respective state will have to be contacted once the state REDCO or NAREDCO State branch is formed.
Women Wing (Mahi) of NAREDCO (Life Time/Individual Members)
For membership in the Women Wing (Mahi) of NAREDCO, the initial one-time contribution and annual subscription vary according to the exclusive membership categories. Under the Lifetime Member category, the contribution for both Corporate and Individual members is Rs. 1,00,000/- each, while the annual subscription fee for both categories is Rs. 10,000/-. Individual membership under NAREDCO Mahi is open to women professionals in the real estate sector such as architects, chartered accountants, lawyers, journalists, agents, interior designers, consultants, and others. Unlike corporate members, individual members are not required to submit verification documents during the application process.
Joining NAREDCO
To join NAREDCO, one should fill the Application Form and Codes of Ethics, enclosed as annexures, and forward them to the Director General, NAREDCO along with the Bank Draft/Cheque of requisite amount at the following address.
