NAREDCO Pune is the city chapter of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), functioning under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India. As the apex body representing the real estate sector, NAREDCO brings together developers, industry professionals, policymakers, and allied stakeholders to drive sustainable urban growth and responsible development.
Guided by the vision of “Swachh. Sundar. Surakshit. Pune.”, NAREDCO Pune works to foster collaboration, advocate progressive policies, and support infrastructure-led initiatives that contribute to making Pune one of India’s most liveable cities

The Pune Chapter
NAREDCO Pune envisions a more liveable, connected and sustainable Pune. We work with government and stakeholders to support transformative initiatives across mobility, infrastructure, river rejuvenation, multimodal connectivity and affordable housing.

National Real Estate Development Council
NAREDCO Pune was established as an autonomous self-regulatory body in 1998 under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India. It is in this year that the Government of India redrafted the National Housing & Habitat Policy, giving due importance to the Housing and Real Estate sector.
The Indian Housing and Real Estate sectors and the allied industries hailed the establishment of NAREDCO, as the apex National body for the Real Estate Industry and visualized it as a single platform where Government, Industry and Public would discuss various problems and opportunities face to face which would result in speedy resolution of issues. NAREDCO is an environment conducive to the growth of Real Estate Industry in India.

Maha RERA Conciliation Forum
MAhaRERA for the first time in India initiated a dispute Forum under section 32(g) of RERA act 2016. MahaRERA Conciliation Form facilitates resolution of disputes amicably, thereby saving cost and time of litigation to parties and State, promoting greater public satisfaction with legal system and dispute resolutions. NAREDCO Pune has its conciliation benches in Pune. These benches facilitate quick resolution of disputes among Developers and Home Buyers.

MahaRERA Anniversary day
MAHARERA CONCILIATION FORUM
NAREDCO pune in association with MUMBAI GRAHAK PANCHAYAT celebrated MahaRERA’s first anniversary on Ist May 2018. Hon’ble Minister (MoHUA), Gol, SHRI. HARDEEP SINGH PURI graced the day with his presence along with Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Maharashtra, SHRI. DEVENDRA FADNAVIS and the visionary SHRI GAUTAM CHATTERJEE, Ret. IAS, Chairman, MahaRERA.
MahaRERA has worked relentlessly towards regulating the sector and ensuring a collective growth for the industry. Maharashtra is the first state in the country to implement RERA & set up the full-fledged authority from the day one on Ist May 2017 and the only state with more than 15,000 projects registered with the regulator.
The seminar was focused primarily on RERA rules which are established for regulation and promotion of the Real Estate sector, compliance on the same to ensure sale of properties in an efficient and transparent manner and addressing the banking & funding challenges.
